What’s New in Claimable Q1 2026

Claimable is claims management software built with simplicity in mind. At Claimable, we are focused on making claims handling simpler, faster, and more reliable, every day.

Rather than releasing large, disruptive updates, we continuously ship incremental improvements that make a real difference to how your team works.

So far in 2026, we’ve introduced a range of enhancements across reporting, workflows, communications and API integrations.

Here’s what’s new 👇

Claims Reporting

New filter conditions

Understanding claim financials is critical, especially when prioritising workloads or monitoring exposure.

You can now filter claims using new financial conditions:

  • Total Paid
  • Total Reserve
  • Outstanding Reserve

This makes it easier to report on claims based on financial thresholds, whether you are reviewing high-value claims or working within specific ranges.

💡 Tip:
If you’re creating new reports using these fields, we can help you add custom columns to match your workflows, just get in touch.

You can read more on how to filter by payments and reserves in our help centre.

Workflow

Move Emails Between Claims

We have added a way for you to reassign emails to a different claim directly from the Messages tab.

This helps correct mislinked conversations and keeps communication histories accurate and complete.

Automatically Reassign Tasks

When a claim is reassigned, tasks can now automatically follow the new owner, helping you:

  • Reduce manual admin
  • Avoid missed tasks during handovers
  • Keep claims progressing without delays

API

Send Emails Via the Claimable API

You can now send messages from Claimable through the API, making it easier to build automation and keep consistent correspondence.

We have built this new API feature with support for dynamic claim party keywords (such as claimant and assigned_to) to make it easier than ever to build automated communication into your claims workflows.

Messages sent via the API appear in the Messages tab and behave like any other conversation, including handling replies automatically.

You can read more about it in our API Changelog.

New Webhook Events

We have added two new webhook events that can trigger requests to your endpoints for messages sent and received within Claimable.

Since messaging sits at the heart of most claim lifecycles, this opens up powerful new integration possibilities.

You can now:

  • Trigger workflows based on communication activity
  • Sync messaging data with external systems
  • Build real-time automation around claim interactions

Each webhook delivers structured JSON payloads, making it easy to integrate with your existing tools.

You can learn more about all the available webhooks in our API Guide.

🚀 Why These Updates Matter

These changes are designed to help your team:

  • Spend less time on admin
  • Maintain cleaner, more reliable claims data
  • Automate repetitive processes
  • Gain better visibility into financial exposure
  • Allow for a wider range of integrations with other tools and systems

...All without changing how you already work.
