We are excited to announce that we've just released Enhanced Search Capability! 🔍 This means you can now search for claims in more ways than before!
Claims can now be searched for by Claim ID, Name, Postcode and Claim Reference Number. In addition, users managing motor claims can search by Vehicle Registration Number.
As before, searches work within the current filter or label, allowing you to narrow down their results, or simply search all claims.
We recognise the importance of being able to quickly retrieve specific claims and that you may not always have the Claim ID or Claimant Name to hand. Thanks to this improved searching feature, claims teams have more ways to locate a claim, in a variety of ways, without having to go through a long claims list.
Indeed, the search results can be exported in either CSV or XLSX format. Exporting is a great way of extracting claims data for sharing and reporting purposes.
